Lifestyle of humans has changed so much over the past few years that they is little time for physical activity in our life. Physical activity is necessary for a healthy life. Physical activity need not be rigorous workout sessions in the gym. It can consist of other activities like walking, running, jogging, playing your favorite game, dancing, jumping, etc.

This will not only give you a healthy life but will also help you relax from all the day stress. So people stop making new year resolutions which you stop after a few day/weeks/months and try to incorporate these activities as part of everyday life style.
