Lifestyle of humans has changed so much over the past few years that they is little time for physical activity in our life. Physical activity is necessary for a healthy life. Physical activity need not be rigorous workout sessions in the gym. It can consist of other activities like walking, running, jogging, playing your favorite game, dancing, jumping, etc.

Every time i want to cook i am stuck with the same recipes and same ingredients. I don’t want to turn my blog into any food blog as they are so many other food blogs out there.
