Physical activity need not be rigorous workout sessions in the gym. It can consist of other activities like walking, running, jogging, playing your favorite game, dancing, jumping, etc.

Every time i want to cook i am stuck with the same recipes and same ingredients. I dont want to turn my blog into any food blog as they are so many other food blogs out there.
